Teaching:  Professor Schwait teaches undergraduate courses and graduate level courses for the Psychiatric/Mental Health (PMHNP) track.  She also teaches the PMHNP role in the clinical practice setting, as a preceptor.

Service: Professor Schwait is an active member of the American Nurses Association; American Psychiatric Nurses Association; and National Association of Rural Mental Health.

Clinical Practice Area:  Professor Schwait is a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Archer Family Health Care and ACORN clinic.

 Area of Expertise:  Professor Schwait is a Nationally Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

 Education:  Professor Schwait received her MSN from the University of Florida.
