Research:
Dr. Gleason is Interested in examining the effect of employment on outcomes of chronic illness, and developing strategies to counteract employment-related constraints affecting chronic illness self-management.

Education: Dr. Gleason received her PhD from the University of Florida,
College of Nursing in 2006 as well as her MSN in 2002. In 2004 Dr. Gleason earned her MPH from the College of Public Health and Health Professions. She obtained her BSN from Florida Southern College in 2000 and her ADN in 1997 from
Regent's College, Albany NY.
