Teaching: Professor Schentrup teaches Pharmacology for Advanced Practice Nurses via the web. She also assists in the Advanced Health Assessment course and the Family Nurse Practitioner courses. She serves as a preceptor for FNP students.

Clinical Practice: Professor Schentrup is currently practicing at Birth and Beyond in Grandin, Florida. Her specialty encompasses pediatrics and woman’s health.

Education: Professor Schentrup received her BS in Nursing and her MS in Family Nursing at the University of Florida.
