1. Upon receiving your information form, a confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail or letter.
2. Return your completed registration form with your payment by October 30, 2009. Please note deadlines for hotel reservations are earlier.
3. We are sorry, but no refunds are available after October 30, 2009.
4. Reunion reservations must be mailed in, faxed, or done online at www.nursing.ufl.edu/reunion.(NOTE: Brochures will be mailed in early September and online registration is NOW OPEN) All registrations must include payment.
5. For people with special dietary needs or disabilities requiring special accommodations, please call (352) 273-6395 by October 30, 2009, so that proper consideration may be given to the request.
